The Modular Approach

Detailed Design
Combining the many requirements of plant design, operability and safety, while ensuring perfect integration with surrounding equipment is a complex problem when designing packaged plant.  Process Group’s engineers have years of experience in the design and construction of packaged plant.  Using computer-aided drafting and the most up to date engineering design techniques. Process Group’s approach ensures optimal plant design and performance.

Project Management
Process Group’s project team uses a “hands on” approach to ensure projects are closely monitored through every phase.  In an industry where performance is directly measured by project costs and the meeting of delivery schedules, Process Group has established a considerable track record in completing projects on time and within budget.

As Process Group undertakes projects in many countries, we ensure that Project Management control is maintained throughout the entire project cycle by locating our project engineers at the fabrication site for the critical periods of fabrication.

Fabrication
By maintaining our own fabrication facility, Process Group can ensure each step of the fabrication phase is closely monitored while passing on to our customers the benefits of reduced costs through manufacturing in a controlled environment.  Expensive site works are minimised thus reducing the risk of project delays.

Where equipment is fabricated at non-Process Group facilities, our engineers are based at the fabricators works to ensure adequate oversight and project engineering control is maintained.
