Process Group recently delivered a Water Treatment Package for ENI Australia’s Blacktip project development, located in northern Australia. All well fluids from the offshore Blacktip field will flow to the onshore processing facilities located at Wadeye.

The well fluids will be processed at the Wadeye facilities and provide sales quality gas and condensate, while produced water is treated to meet environmental regulations before being discharged from the site.

The fully automated Water Treatment package contains 2 Induced Gas Flotation Units, complete with Recirculation pumps, instruments, valves & piping.

The vessels, pumps, piping, valves are instruments are all Duplex Stainless steel, as the package is to be located at a remote site and will receive minimum supervision.

The complete process and mechanical design, along with fabrication were carried out at Process Group’s Melbourne office & workshop facility.

A number of other packages for the same onshore processing facility are also under construction at Process group’s Melbourne fabrication facility, including:

• Another 2 Induced Gas Flotation Units, 
• A TEG Gas Dehydration package including Glycol Regeneration system,
• Low Temperature Separator,
• A Dew Point Control Unit (DPCU),
• A Corrugated Plate Interceptor Unit.
