The Directors and management of Process are firmly committed to the concept and practice of quality management, where each item of plant and equipment manufactured and/or supplied by the Company meets the expectations and requirements of our customers and is suitable for its specified use.

Process Group policy is to establish and maintain an effective and efficient Quality Management System. This system has been implemented and complies with the AS / NZS ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems. Determining the conformity of our work to contractual and regulatory requirements is made on the basis of objective evidence of quality.

Responsibility for quality rests with every employee regardless of remoteness from the production process. However, we recognise that it is a primary responsibility of Management to provide the resources to assure that our products meet specified requirements. These include provision and maintenance of a healthy, safe and adequately equipped workplace and opportunity for the enhancement of abilities of employees through training and encouragement wherever appropriate.

In addition to understanding customers requirements and ensuring that we meet our commitments, it is policy to:

  • Establish and maintain a high degree of quality awareness among all employees and encourage individual initiative in achieving product quality;
  • Continually look at methods and processes to improve our management system, efficiencies and products;
  • Purchase materials and services from companies who are committed to quality and, through assessment, ensure that supplies conform to requirements;
  • Respond promptly and constructively to complaints about quality of product or service whilst ensuring that effective remedial action is taken.

This policy is intended to clearly indicate the commitment of Management to the matter of quality. Adherence to the policy is essential for the long term success of the Company, including its competitive position, reputation, profitability and achievement of both customer and employee satisfaction.

Process Group's Quality Management system is fully certified by Lloyds as complying with the AS / NZS ISO 9001.
